1. Introduction

This Delivery Policy outlines the methods, timelines, and conditions under which VoucherOnline.biz (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Ares Technology Limited, delivers digital gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) purchased from our website https://voucheronline.biz/. By purchasing a Voucher, you (“the Customer”) agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Nature of the Product: Instant Digital Delivery

All Vouchers are digital products. They are not physical items. Upon successful payment and order confirmation, your Voucher is delivered electronically.

3. Delivery Method and Timeline

  • Delivery Method: Vouchers will be (a) delivered via email to the address provided at checkout and (b) securely stored in the Customer’s VoucherOnline.biz account, accessible at any time by logging in.
  • Timeline: Delivery is automated and typically occurs within minutes of payment authorization.
  • Recipient: If specified at checkout, the Voucher can be sent directly to the recipient’s email address; otherwise, it will be delivered to the purchaser.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing a valid, correct email address and maintaining access to their VoucherOnline.biz account.
  • Ensuring their email system does not filter our delivery into junk, spam, or promotions folders.
  • Searching for “VoucherOnline.biz” in their email inbox using the All Mail function if the delivery email is not immediately visible.
  • Adding our email domain to their safe sender list or whitelist.
  • Notifying us within 24 hours if delivery email is not received.

5. Internet Transmission Disclaimer

We are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in delivery caused by:

  • Internet service disruptions,
  • Email server malfunctions,
  • Customer-side technical issues (e.g., incorrect email settings, storage limits).

The Customer acknowledges that electronic communications can be affected by factors outside our control.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, cyberattacks, denial-of-service incidents, governmental restrictions, strikes, or failures of third-party service providers such as payment gateways or internet providers.

7. Non-Receipt of Voucher

  • Customers must first check spam/junk/promotions folders, as some email providers automatically redirect voucher emails to these categories.
  • Customers are advised to use the “All Mail” view or equivalent search function in their email program to locate delivery messages.
  • To prevent recurrence, customers should whitelist or add our email domain to their safe sender list.
  • Even if an email is not received due to filtering, technical error, or internet disruption, all vouchers are always stored securely in the customer’s VoucherOnline.biz account and can be accessed anytime by logging in.
  • Verified purchases will be re-sent or replaced if necessary, but customers are encouraged to first check their account dashboard for immediate access.

8. Faulty Vouchers

If a Voucher code is invalid through no fault of the Customer, we will replace it upon verification.

Because VoucherOnline.biz sells vouchers from multiple vendors and issuers, resolution of faulty voucher reports requires us to contact and confirm with the relevant provider. In most cases, these issues are resolved within 1 business day. However, in certain cases where vendor confirmation is required, the process may take up to 10 business days.

Customers will be kept informed during the review process. Once verified, a new valid Voucher will be issued directly into the customer’s account (and via email, subject to email system delivery).

VoucherOnline.biz is not responsible for the misuse, loss, or unauthorized sharing of Voucher codes after they have been delivered to the Customer’s account.

9. Validity & Expiry

Each Voucher will clearly state its validity period (e.g., “Valid 12 months from issue”).

Expired Vouchers have no value and cannot be refunded or reissued.

10. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

  • Before Delivery: Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before automated delivery is initiated.
  • After Delivery: Once a Voucher is delivered to the Customer’s account, it is deemed received. All sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not permitted due to the instant, usable nature of digital Vouchers.
  • Chargebacks: Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for delivered Vouchers. Any attempt to reverse payment after delivery may result in suspension of the Customer’s account and recovery of costs incurred. Repeated or suspicious chargeback activity may also be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities.
  • Non-Use: Failure to redeem or use a Voucher within its validity period does not entitle the Customer to a refund, exchange, or chargeback.
  • Faulty Vouchers: If a code is invalid through no fault of the Customer, we will replace it as outlined in Section 8.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the face value of the Voucher purchased.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed events, lost profits, or reputational harm.
  • All disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong.

12. Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71). Customers retain statutory rights under applicable law.
